AeroAVL Terms of Use
Effective date: October 18, 2026
AeroAVL is operated by Vane, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your use of AeroAVL. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. When creating an account, you must expressly accept them.
1. What AeroAVL provides
AeroAVL helps people discover aerospace suppliers, save suppliers and searches, and manage company profiles.
Searching and viewing public profiles do not require an account. Free registration provides additional features, including saving your research and viewing available business-information fields.
AeroAVL supports supplier research. A listing, search position, certification entry, or Claimed badge does not constitute our endorsement or approval of a supplier. “Claimed” means an authorized supplier representative has access to manage the profile.
Information comes from supplier submissions, public sources, and automated processing, including AI-assisted processing. It may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Confirm qualifications, certification status, capabilities, and other important information directly with the supplier before making purchasing or qualification decisions.
2. Your account
Provide accurate registration information, protect your login credentials, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must have authority to manage any company profile you claim or edit. If you agree to these Terms on behalf of a business, you must have authority to bind that business.
3. Permitted use and prohibited collection
You may use AeroAVL for legitimate supplier research and business activities, save research within the service, and share profile links. You may use individual supplier details in your own internal sourcing work, subject to any applicable third-party restrictions.
Without our written permission, you may not:
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect directory information, whether manually, through bots, or using AI tools.
- Bulk download, republish, resell, or use directory content to build another directory, commercial dataset, or AI training dataset.
- Bypass access controls or usage restrictions, create accounts to evade restrictions, or interfere with the service.
- Impersonate another person or business, submit misleading information, or use AeroAVL unlawfully.
These restrictions do not prevent you from using an export feature we expressly provide for your own research or customer-managed Approved Vendor List. Such permission does not authorize extraction of the public directory.
We permit ordinary public search-engine indexing where allowed by our published crawling instructions. That permission does not authorize bulk reuse or resale of directory content.
4. Supplier information you submit
Submit only information you are authorized to share. Keep it accurate and avoid uploading confidential information or personal details that should not appear in a supplier profile.
Do not submit export-controlled technical data, classified information, or other information whose disclosure or handling requires protections AeroAVL is not expressly authorized and equipped to provide. AeroAVL is not a repository for restricted technical documents.
You retain any ownership rights you have in your submissions. You grant Vane, LLC a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, format, and display them as needed to operate AeroAVL, subject to the visibility described in our Privacy Policy.
We may review, correct, decline, or remove submissions. Deleting your user account does not automatically remove a company’s directory listing or information obtained from other sources.
5. Buyer and supplier transactions
Any purchase, quotation, contract, or other transaction between you and a supplier is between those parties. Vane, LLC is not a party to those transactions and does not guarantee a supplier’s products, services, performance, or payment. The parties are responsible for their own agreements, qualification decisions, and disputes.
6. Ownership and third-party services
Rights in the software, branding, original content, and directory compilation remain with their respective owners. Supplier and third-party names, content, and trademarks remain with their respective owners. We do not claim exclusive ownership of underlying public facts.
Google Maps features and content are subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service:

Other linked websites and services have their own terms. Their inclusion does not imply an endorsement by Vane, LLC.
7. Paid services
Vane, LLC may offer optional paid features, subscriptions, or services. Before you purchase, we will explain the price and any applicable billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms. Additional terms may apply to a particular offering and will be provided for your agreement before purchase. Creating a free account does not authorize any charges.
8. Service changes and account closure
We may update, replace, or discontinue features as AeroAVL develops. We may restrict or suspend access to address misuse, security concerns, legal requirements, or violations of these Terms.
You may stop using AeroAVL at any time and request account deletion at support@aeroavl.com. Any separate paid-service agreement will govern its cancellation and remaining obligations.
9. Warranties and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, AeroAVL is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement.
You remain responsible for your supplier-selection and business decisions.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vane, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from AeroAVL, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, or loss of data.
Unless a separate agreement for a paid service states otherwise, Vane, LLC’s total liability to you for all claims arising from AeroAVL or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid Vane, LLC for AeroAVL during the twelve months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. Related claims are subject to a single combined limit.
This limitation does not reduce any refund expressly promised under an applicable paid-service agreement or required by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
11. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Vane, LLC against third-party claims arising from content you submit that infringes another party’s rights, your unlawful use of AeroAVL, or your deliberate violation of these Terms. This includes reasonable legal costs and amounts awarded by a court or agreed in an approved settlement.
This obligation applies only to the extent the claim results from your conduct, and not from Vane, LLC’s own breach of these Terms, negligence, or willful misconduct.
Vane, LLC will promptly notify you of the claim, provide reasonable cooperation, and allow you to control the defense using reasonably acceptable counsel. Neither party may agree to a settlement that imposes obligations or an admission of wrongdoing on the other without that party’s written consent.
12. Florida law and courts
These Terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Subject to rights that applicable law does not allow the parties to waive, disputes arising from these Terms or AeroAVL must be brought in state or federal courts located in Florida, and both parties consent to those courts’ jurisdiction.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms as the service changes. We will publish the revised Terms with an effective date and provide reasonable advance notice of material changes through the service or by email, except where an urgent legal or security reason requires an earlier change.
Changes apply prospectively. We will request additional agreement where required by law. If you do not agree to revised Terms, stop using the service.
14. General provisions
These Terms and any additional terms you expressly accept for a particular service form the agreement governing that service. If there is a conflict, the additional terms control for that service.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.
You may not transfer your agreement or account to another party without our written consent. Vane, LLC may transfer this agreement with a merger, reorganization, or sale of AeroAVL, provided the successor assumes its obligations.
Provisions concerning ownership, restrictions on collected content, liability, indemnification, and disputes survive termination to the extent needed to give them effect.
